Hi, I’m Becky.

I’m on a mission to redefine how we work and live. I founded Vivica Partners to bring a modern, 360° approach to solving complex problems. Whether working with leaders, teams, or entire organizations, my focus is on building strategies that create real momentum, navigating complexity, and unlocking lasting transformation.

For over 20 years, I’ve been partnering with leaders, teams, and companies to maximize their impact and drive meaningful change. I spent nearly a decade at Google, leading global partnerships, fostering team effectiveness, and building high-performing leaders.​ Most recently, I served as Head of Leadership Enablement at Google, where I worked with people leaders responsible for driving customer success and $135B in Alphabet revenue.

Battling cancer at 36 years old with two young kids opened my eyes to how I’d been just white-knuckling daily life. Cancer clarified my purpose with renewed urgency and showed me what it looks like to thrive... I don’t want anyone to wait for the Mack trucks of life to dismantle what’s holding them back.

Krista Schrage
CHIEF EXPERIENCE OFFICER
Drawing from a rich background in education, curriculum design, and digital innovation, Krista serves as the part-time Chief Experience Officer at Vivica Partners. ​​​Krista received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton (Go Flyers), a master's degree from National Louis University, and more recently she earned an esteemed teaching fellowship through the University of Notre Dame.

In her free time, you can find Krista lost in a book, laughing too hard at her own jokes, or harassing her two kids for more cuddles.
Michael Triolo-Sapp
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT EXPERT
Michael is a seasoned leadership and team development expert with over 30 years of experience helping major corporations build aligned, high-performing teams. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), he empowers leaders to navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, and drive sustainable results through real-world coaching and strategic insights.

Michael is a Certified Team and Leadership Coach who elevates team effectiveness and alignment. With a master’s degree in Organizational Change Management, Michael understands how to guide organizations through change—helping leaders stay clear, confident, and adaptable. His expertise spans leadership dynamics, organizational transformation, and change management, with a strength in facilitating 360 feedback processes that translate into actionable development plans.

He is trained in EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 for emotional intelligence and certified as an Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner, skilled at facilitating positive change by tapping into strengths. As a Prosci Executive Instructor, Michael teaches people the system to drive change that leads to real transformation.
Based in Chicago after years in NYC and Seattle, he’s also a passionate cook, traveler, and fitness enthusiast—always looking for new flavors and fresh perspectives to fuel his work and life.
Alyssa Rae

Alyssa is an executive coach who’s all about driving transformative change. She blends deep corporate insight with the art and science of leadership, helping executives elevate their impact, authenticity, and fulfillment while navigating the realities of complex organizations.

Alyssa gets the demands of high-growth environments as a result of 20 years in leadership roles in sales, learning & development, and customer experience across healthcare, shared workspace, and biomechanics industries. With expertise in presence, vocal technique, and storytelling, Alyssa empowers leaders to sharpen their executive presence, crucial conversations, and team engagement.

As a certified Executive Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Alyssa goes beyond quick fixes. She partners with purpose-driven leaders to sharpen their vision, deepen self-awareness, and build resilience from the inside out. Her approach dives beneath surface tactics to address the belief systems and behavioral patterns that shape leadership effectiveness. Her clients experience a catalytic journey—bridging aspiration and reality, challenging limiting narratives, and driving meaningful, lasting change.

Alyssa lives in upstate New York with her husband and two kids. In her free time, she’s entertained by her kids super silly antics, experiments with her neglected sourdough starter, and hunts for every song that can be played with the same five easy ukulele chords.
